The first milestone is deliberately practical: a usable English QWERTY keyboard, optional number row, shift and caps, backspace, space, return and globe controls, plus swipe-left word deletion and swipe-right accept/space.

A custom iPhone keyboard built around fast interaction, learnable personal vocabulary and a clean route from a basic keyboard to smarter typing.
Where it grows.
Next comes basic autocorrect, a personal dictionary, English and German, Polish, multilingual personal overrides, then prediction and context. The point is to build the typing foundation before stacking intelligence on top.
